Administrative Professionals Day

Not only is today Earth Day, but it is also Administrative Professionals Day. I didn't really think anything of it, I mean its really not a big deal. Right? Well I got a nice little surprise. I went to grab my check book out of my purse and found a card. It was a thank you card and a gift card from the physical therapy dept. I know its not a huge deal, but it is definitely nice to feel appreciated and to actually be thanked for everything you do at work. It was a great lift me up today. I honestly can't ask for a better place to work or for better people. I just passed my 2 year anniversary here and i'm still loving my job. Its nice to have a job that you don't dread going to. Thanks Jill and Bill for making me feel appreciated.

To all my wonderful friends and family who know how to edit pictures to make them look just right and who know how to make collages, I am so wanting to learn how to make the fun collages to post on the blog so my pictures don't go every which way and to be able to share a lot in just a small amount of space. For those that know how can you please help me. Write me back and give me step by step directions. That would be very much appreciated. Thanks for all your help. Have a great night.

4 wonderful years and counting

Today Paul and I have been able to celebrate our 4th anniversary. I can't believe how much time has passed. I thought that I would share some of our wedding pictures and some of us through out the years. We have had some amazing times. During our 4 years of marriage we have lived in Sandy Utah. We both work full time. I work at the SMART Clinic and Paul works and Kinkos and is also a full time student. We have been able to go on a few vacations and a couple of cruises. If not on a cruise one of our favorite vacations is California and DisneyLand. We have been at least once a year since we've been married. Its amazing to look at my wedding day pictures then and how we look now. It looks to me like we've grown up some. Marriage has changed both of us and we have grown quite a bit together. I'm so thankful to have Paul in my life. I'm so glad I have eternity with him. We have made great memories and have many more to make. I'm anxious to be able to start my family with him. I'm also glad that we had WONDERFUL weather on our wedding day. In Utah, you just never know. I wish I had pictures to compare it with, but today was just crappy weather. It was raining all morning then turned to snow! Can you believe that? Its April it should be spring and warm. After lunch as I was driving back to work I could swear I was driving in a white out. You couldn't see anything. I'm glad it stopped, but it just made me glad that everything was warm, sunny, and perfect 4 years ago.

Hello everyone! Just wanted to wish you all a Happy Easter! Hope everyone had a good day and had fun celebrating. This Easter, Paul and I spent it at Paul's parents. We had a nice time being able to be with family. We missed those that couldn't be with us. We also got a ton of Easter goodies. Thanks everyone! Keep in touch. We love you all!

APRIL FOOLS!

SO, Mother Nature decided to play her own April Fools trick on us. We woke up to a white out at home today! Its not winter anymore. We are supposed to have our warm weather. I guess I kind of spoke too soon with my post about Spring. At least we have something to look forward too. Utah weather is definitely unpredictable. I wish I had pictures to post. Of course by now its slowed down and is actually starting to clear up. I didn't realize how bad it was while driving to work. It didn't seem that bad until I came up to our office and realized that I couldn't see the high school across the street from us. That right there tells me it was a white out. I hope winter weather will go away. We are so looking forward to spring and warmer weather. Hopefully this little prank of Mother Natures won't last that long. Hope everybody is having a good day. California Here We Come...

In May! I'm way super excited now! I found an amazing deal for tickets to California and had to book them right away. Now thats its official I so can't wait til May. Paul and I have been looking forward to our trip for awhile now. We usually go in May right after he's done with school. Its an annual thing so I knew its coming but once you actually book the flights, it makes it official. And we got an awesome deal. I love it.
May and June will be busy and exciting for us. In May we get to go on Vacation. Everyone needs some of those. They make life more enjoyable. Then when we get back we have a super crazy busy week the first of June. Besides my birthday ( so NOT the most exciting even that week) I have a brother graduating and two days later my sister is getting married. It will be an eventful week. Not only that my step sister is getting married 5 days after the first wedding. Life has been interesting around here lately. Paul will be glad to have the semester over with in the beginning of May. I've already jumped too far ahead but I'm looking forward to April 15th too. Paul and I will celebrate our 4th anniversary. I'm sure we'll come up with something amazing to do. Well, I hope all of you have had a Happy March. We did and I can't believe that tomorrow is the 1st of April. Time has flown by this year.

1st Day of Spring!!!

Well it's officially the first day of spring and I'm totally loving it. Lucky for me, I had today off. I decided to come and spend it with my mom and Halle of course. It was nice to be able to go out to lunch and just have absolutely nothing to do today. After mom picked up the kids from school today Joe decided that we should go to the park. Joe, Hunter, Halle and I went to the new lake up at daybreak and went and spent a little bit at one of the many parks in daybreak. I have to tell you, the parks now a days have way more stuff and better/more fun equipment. The one we stopped by had a little zip line. It was pretty cool. Its not just swings, slides, and monkey bars anymore. Here are some pictures of today. I love taking advantage of the weather and being able to go out and enjoy it.
