Happy Birthday Halle

Happy Birthday Halle!
I feel blessed to have amazing nieces and nephews. Halle is the first born and I just love her to pieces. I'm glad I was finally able to get a picture with my nieces Maia and Halle. Aren't they just adorable?

Valeries Visit

Over General Conference weekend in October my cousin Valerie and her family were here on vacation. Valerie is one of my favorite people ever! We were lucky to be able to meet up with them for dinner one night and just spend time together. We found out that they had tickets to a move Premier but Rob wasn't going to go with because of the kids. My mom volunteered to watch them and I volunteered to go help. We took Jack and Halle that night too. We ordered pizza for the kids, then took them to the lake to feed the ducks, then had some time at the park. After it got dark we went back to my moms and had a movie night. I'm glad we were able to spend time with the boys and to also allow Valerie and Rob time for a date. I love those boys and wish they lived closer.

My News

I realize I havn't shared the biggest news over the last few months. I found a new job! I'm very fortunate with how it came about and almost just landed in my lap. I am learning new things everyday. I love the company I work for and the people I work with. I have better hours and am not as ornery any more, I make more, feel appreciated, and don't dread going to work. I moved from medical to dental. I use to ask my mom how she can handle working on people's mouth everyday, but i've had the opportunity to observe a few procedures and enjoyed that more than I thought I would that I have considered dental assisting. We will see. Right now I'm just happy for the change and am excited to see what the future brings.

2014 California Memories

Good Bye Utah

This year we decided to go to California in September. I was kind of tired of feeling like we do the same thing every year so this time we tried some new things. I had so much fun. Paul had his first Bruxies (and Swap Meet) experience. Since we have been home he entered a contest on Instagram with one of the pictures he took and won a Bruxies gift card and swag bag with a shirt. I'm anxious to go back. :)
The Packing House is a new thing in Anaheim. The train station is a historic building and they kept it and put a lot of mini restaurants in it. Its like a food market.

One of my favorite things about the trip was catching up with some old friends. I texted Colleen to see if she may be in town while we were there. She grew up with my mom and we became close when my parents divorced. She grew up on my moms street. After she married she moved to the mountains and didn't visit her mom as much. Come to find out she moved to Vegas last year but texted that she would be in town. We caught up and went out to lunch and just had so much fun. The Cameron's have always been one of my favorite families. I love hanging out with Colleen and Carrie. My grandma and Emily came too. They are so much fun. While I was there Colleen invited us to come stay with her sometime and since then I have made that possible and just took a trip by myself out there. More to come on that later. I love my California trips and make so many new and different memories every year.
