Busy June

Wow! June just totally flew by. I can't believe how fast it went. Paul and I have kept pretty busy. In the beginning of the month my family had a lot of stuff going on. As you can tell by earlier posts I had a little brother graduate and two younger sisters get married. I had a blast having my family in town for all that. The middle of the month slowed down a bit for us. We were able to celebrate Fathers Day with our dads. I have a sister-in-law who is getting married in less than a month. I've had fun going to showers for her and meeting her fiance's family. Paul was able to enjoy a visit from old college room mates this past weekend. I was going to join but unfortuantely couldn't due to being sick. We kind of had a bad week this last week with both of us getting sick. We've had a few other things happen too, but I don't think I'll go into details at the time. I love that the weather has finally gotten better. We had family here for the first 2 weeks of June and I swear it rained like everyday. I'm so happy the sun is back. We were able to have a nice bbq last night with some friends and family and ended the night roasting marshmellows for s'mores. It was awesome to be able to be outside in the summer. This has pretty much been our June. I hope everybody is enjoying their summer.

6 1/2 Months Too Late

Paul's 1st Time Sledding
January 2009

I basically just want to post pictures of Paul's first sledding adventure. These were taken in January when we went out with my family at a hill in DayBreak. I didn't have my camera that day so these are from my uncle. It took awhile to get them back cuz they weren't my first priority, but I did promise in one of my posts that I would eventually get them and post them.

Courtney and Brody

Courtney and Brody were married in Fillmoore on June 11th. They got married at the courthouse or some building that is historical in Fillmoore. I have to say it was a beautiful wedding. Courtney looked amazing. Halle and Nikki were the flower girls. Halle didn't know what she was doing so she just copied Nikki. It was adorable only Nikki was throwing one petal at a time. It took them forever to get down the aisle. Cassie was the maid of honor and looked gorgeous too. The ceremony was short and sweet. We had a couple of hours til the reception so all the Allreds went out to dinner. We had a great time visiting. The reception was pretty. It was nice to have a casual one. The decorations were probably my favorite. They were rustic looking. It was cool. We were able to take family pics so we'll see how that turned out. I just thought with all the weddings and graduation in my family I would dedicate a blog to my brothers and sisters. Congratulations Courtney and Brody and WELCOME to the Family Brody! Can't wait to get to know you better.

They Did It!!!

Sarah's wedding was beautiful. Everything went perfect. One of the best parts is when my little brother Joe sang Rascal Flatts MY WISH. That was his first time performing solo. I have a video that i'll hopefully be able to post. I'm still trying to work out those kinks. Jaden and Halle held hands the whole time walking down the aisle and they did everything right. It was too cute. Sarah made a beautiful bride. I'm very happy that her and JJ decided to get married.
All of us girls had our hair done by NANA Stace. It was so cute when Halle saw me getting my hair done. She called me a princess when I probably looked so ridiculous with the curlers in my hair. She was so excited when it was her turn. She did an amazing job for a 2 year old to keep the curlers in and sit long enough to have hair done.

This is the family picture with immediate family and grandparents.
One of my favorite wedding party pics. I'm sure there will be more to come and they were actually fun. I chose this one though cuz we were all looking into the sun so we were told to close our eyes then open on the count of 3. She thought she would be sneaky and snap us while all eyes were closed and nobody was prepared. We had a good time though. At least I did. Can't wait to see all the others.

Welcome to the family JJ! I'm excited to have you for a bro in law. Thanks for being so good to Sarah and Halle. I love you tonz.

Joe's Graduation

So this blog is all about my little brother Joe. He graduated from Bingham High School on June 4, 2009. The first week of June was busy for my family this year. I had such a great time being able to visit with my family. I'm so proud of my brother and am happy that I was able to spend his gradutation day with him. Even though the ceremony was long, which anyone who went to Bingham knows how it can go on and on, I have to say that his has been the shortest of the 4 of us who have graduated from there. Joe also sang during the ceremony. It was amazing.

After Graduation we went to eat lunch with some friends of ours. Joe and Ashley were given the VIP treatment from them. It was awesome. They made them do some funky line dance and say the alphabet backwards. Halle got up and danced with them. For a 2 year old she totally has rhythm.
For Joe's graduation party, he just wanted to have a dessert night with all the family together. It was great. The pictures above has Joe, Asley Jiminez, and Page Giles. They are the graduates. CJ and his friend had to join them in the other one. The pics below are of the people who came to the party. It was so much fun having my family here.

One of the pictures above shows Joe with some Art work. The picture below is CJ with his. They both had Art work that was entered into Bingham's Art Show. Joe got an honorable mention. CJ had 2 separate pieces entered. Both of my brothers are amazing in their artistic talents.

Oquirrh Temple

Yesterday I had the opportunity to go to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house with my family. It was an amazing experience. The last time I went to an open house was for the Newport Beach Temple in California. There were a few differences I noticed, as far as an open house goes but it was still amazing. The rooms are beautiful. I especially loved the chandeliers in the Celestrial and sealing rooms. The brides room was beautiful. This temple has beautiful windows like Mt. Timpanogas. I'm excited to be able to go to this new one. I hope you all have a chance to go through before the dedication. It is so worth it. I also want to mention that this picture is painted by one of my old neighbors , who also did our wedding invitations. Isn't this an amazing picture?! You did awesome Shawn!
There has been a lot of stuff going on the last week or two, even though it will be out of order look for new posts with what we have been up to this last week or so. Happy June everyone! Hope you all are enjoying it. I am, but i've hated the weather. It has rained like everyday since the first of June. Oh well.

Birthday Weekend

All good things must come to an end. We are bummed that we are back from Cali and now back in reality. It was hard the first couple of days to be home. We did have a great week though. We got home a day before Memorial Day so we were able to have an extra day off. We spent that day grocery shopping and celebrating my cousins birthday. Her hubby and mom threw her a surprise party. It was fun seeing all of my family. My family from Vegas were here as a surprise. It was awesome. We went back to work and miss the time off of relaxing and playing.

This past weekend I celebrated my 24th birthday. Paul took me out on Saturday because we have absolutely no time to celebrate this week. There are 2 other occasions going on with my family. We went to Timpinyakis for dinner. That is one of my favorite places to eat. Then we went to the movie and just spent the night together. We also proved that miracles really do happen that day. We spent the morning/afternoon cleaning our 2nd bedroom and converting it from a storage into a guest bedroom. It took 5 hours to make it perfect. We found out we really do accumulate stuff as the years go on. Sunday I got a surprise from my dad. He and Stacy came out a few days early to be here on my birthday. I wasn't expecting him here until today or tomorrow. Most of my family are coming out for my brother Joe's graduation this week and my sister's wedding. It will be fun to see everyone. I'm looking forward to it. My in-laws actually did a Sunday dinner for me and we had a nice family meal and did dessert and presents. I'm really really not a cake person.

On my actual birthday (yesterday) I went to work for a couple of hours and found a gift card and a beautiful boquet of flowers on my desk. They also got me an icecream cake. I got off early and my dad and Stacy took me to lunch. Then Sarah, Stacy, and I went to get pedicures. It was nice to pamper myself a little bit. My grandma Elms flew in that night and we all went out to dinner. It was nice. I guess I was spoiled and had a 3 day birthday celebration. The best thing was though is that I have a new niece born at 9:04 on my birthday. She is the first girl on the Gardiner side. I'm way excited. Congratulations Rhett and Becky. I'm glad to be able to celebrate my birthday with little Presley.

Hope everyone has a great June! I'll keep you updated on our June events.
